Happy Halloween

Two down one to go! Tonight should be interesting as Nastya and I will attend our final Halloween party. Georgia, (American expat), is holding an authentic American Halloween party and I am very interested to what all the fuss is about. It should be a little different from the previous Russian style celebrations, all though from the sounds of things major intoxication is the common theme. As for me, I am in need of a serious detox, and so have opted for the diver tag. In Russia there is a zero tolerance policy so there is absolutely no chance of those one or two beers turning into 3-10. Nastya is also starting her first day at work tomorrow and she is not too keen about turning up there hung-over. All in all it should be an interestingly sober experience.

The E.F. teachers ready to party Halloween style!

Of to another party the following night.

Hi Nic,

Happy halloween from Monterey Bay, CA, USA. I Googled "Halloween in Vladivostok," and your site popped up.

Now I know that Halloween is an INTERNATIONAL holiday.

Halloween came and went in Jilba St. 4 kids from 2 families!!! Gary got to eat the rest of the Kit Kats that I bought. All the costumes look great although I start to wonder if that blizzard did something to "my dear little first born".
Am thinking of you today Anastasia.

Hey Crockett,
Nice of you to drop in. I Would love to see Halloween in the US. We see so many movies of you guys ceebrating it, and from what i have seen from the expats here, in Vlad, it's one "hell" of a party.
By the way Crockett are you planning on the trip to Vladivostok, or is your interest of a purely inquisitive nature?

Surprise - surprise Gary ate all the chocolate. This is old news! Maybe you should have given him a balaclava and a funny costume and he could have joined the pack of "trick-or-treaters".

Hey Helen,
What a great idea. Fangs, a little eye liner, some red lip liner, and a black cape = monsterous spin session!
